NH is the Data Controller for the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679—the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)—and the supplementary legislation on personal data protection in effect in the countries where it operates.

You can contact us through our contact form, available on this website. If you do so, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, the name of the organization you represent, and your message so that we can identify you and provide you with accurate information tailored to your needs.
If you become our client, we will process the financial information necessary to issue invoices (e.g., contact information, tax ID number, and any other information you deem relevant).

Where do we store the information and with whom do we share it?
We use service providers that enable us to build the infrastructure necessary to carry out our business.
We use the cloud and applications from Microsoft and Google to store, manage, and generate information, and we use WhatsApp to respond to customers. Microsoft Corporation, Google LLC, and WhatsApp LLC are headquartered in the U.S. These commercial organizations participate in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, thereby ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data. We will share this information with our bank and with our accounting and billing service providers.
Your data will also be shared with administrative authorities (e.g., the Tax Authority) and, in certain duly justified cases, may need to be shared with judicial authorities (e.g., courts).

To process the information resulting from the satisfaction survey, we will rely on your consent as the legal basis, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

What do we do?
If you are our customer or contact us expressing interest in our products/services, you may receive marketing communications via email (“Newsletter”) and/or SMS regarding products/services similar to those you have previously purchased or in which you have expressed interest.
If you are not our customer, or if you are but the communications relate to products or services different from those you have previously purchased or in which you have expressed interest, we will only send these communications with your consent. When you apply for one of our job openings or submit a spontaneous application, we process your information to assess whether your professional profile is suitable for the position and the organization. The information in question may include your identifying information (e.g., full name); contact information (e.g., phone number and/or email address); and professional information contained in your resume or cover letter.

We use the cloud and Microsoft applications to store, manage, and generate information.
If you apply for a position or contact us via LinkedIn, please note that LinkedIn Corporation is a commercial organization that participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, thereby ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data. We will not share your personal information with other third parties unless it is necessary to obtain references or verify your professional history. We will retain your information in our systems for 6 months.
